Attention customers in Mt. Juliet, TN: There is an outage impacting @tdstelecom services. Our Field Services team is working to fully restore services as quickly as possible. They will remain on site until all services are restored.

@Tony4WI maybe if @tdstelecom would use the grants and funds provided in the past, rural and limited access customers wouldn’t have issues getting broadband! But they don’t have a problem running fiber into areas that already get Charter internet!

I have been trying to reach a customer service rep for 2 days. I was on hold for as long as 65 min. I just hung up again a after been on hold for 45 min. I have called repeatedly. I don’t know what you all need to do but it needs addressed. @tdstelecom

@tdstelecom I cannot use enough words to explain how awful, horrible, slow, inept, and useless your customer service is. Calling the offshore people gets nowhere, which is after using a feeble website to find no answers at all. Seems like a perfect match for customers to leave.

@tdstelecom @tdstelecom really poor form to delete past messages about outages, etc. as you are doing on Facebook and Twitter. If you are worried about "confusing" people, then PIN the latest. Removing messages is for your home page. You are driving great distrust in your customer service.

@hurls83 @tdstelecom Exactly right. As a service provider your responsibility is to provide confidence through transparency to your customer base when issues like this arise. Hiding fault is a deceptive practice that results in distrust.
