Takes 2hours tobe seen..way too long. Ifeel like they have too many patients togive mybaby the time and attention she needs when she goes tothe doc . Iliked the doctor, but tiny worth it

Probably the worst service I’ve ever had ata ped office. Iask for one doctor, they book mewith adifferentone. Icalled and asked toschedule mydaughter’s vaccines and stated that while there Iwanted them tolook ata place she had onher foot tomake sure ithealed correctly. When Igot tothe appointment they only looked atthe place onher foot and didn’t give the vaccine because itwasn’t a“wellness check.” They made meschedule awhole new appointment toget the vaccine. Why ohwhy couldn’t they have told methis when Icalled toschedule the appointment for the vaccine? Ifeel like they’re just trying tomake itinto asmany appointments aspossible toget more money from more visits. It’s senseless. Ialso feel like the providers here never take myconcerns seriously and just rush usout ofthe office. Ijust transferred toa new pediatrician and Iam soglad. I’d never recommend this place toanyone… – show

From what Isaw they were right onschedule with the patient appointment times, very good tosee nolittle ones waiting while they feelbad. Came out towaiting area for amom that was feeding her baby toget what they needed didn't make her get upand quit feeding. Iloved that she mattered tothe staff

The staff was friendly, the office was very cleanly and Ididn’t have towait aday inthe waiting room. Highly recommend.

Clean building and clean restrooms, friendly employees, plenty ofspace tosit without being ontop ofother patients. Some ofthe chairs aren't very comfortable although they look nice, but they seem tobe for tall people! Very well organized building with different medical offices oneach floor.

A friend ask meto stop and get her script, Igot there 15mins before4:30didn’t know what drshe seen there the First Lady onthe first floor was super nice but that’s not where Ineeded tobe she directed meup stairs Iwent inthe First Lady was kinda rude said tothe other girl asshe rudely handed her keys toget the script out ofa lockbox, asthe second lady took the keys she said doyou have your IDI said nosorry it’s inthe car didn’t know Iwould needit. She goes tosay she can’tgive itto mewithout having myID soI said Ican goget itreal quick, rudely she says well ifyou hurry upyoucan. Ileft itwas super rude and the front desk iswhat makes your office! Iwouldn’t gohere for myself itmy family atall with such rude staff. Hopefully front office can change, 3days later Ihad togo get another script for friends husband and Itook myID just incase the lady atfront desk this day was there byher self and very nice Ieven told her thanks for being kind unlike the staff afew days before.… – show

If you’re looking for doctors and ateam that genuinely care for your child, this isyour team. They are very professional, attentive tolisten toyour concerns, treat your child with kindness, and properly diagnose your child’s treatment. They have aclean office aswell.
Last week was anextremely traumatic time for our family with mychild’s sickness. Ihad already taken him toanother physician and hewas not properly diagnosed. Therefore, bythe time hegot tothis office hehad abad caseof pneumonia. This team was amazing last week.
Each one oftheir doctors was involved with his care: DrDeweese, DrWalker, andDr. Cottrill. With the good Lord’s help, they saved myson’s life.
Before, ifmy child was sick, I’d take them where Icould get themin: HIMG, this office, orurgent care. I’m done, ifmy kid isnot dying, they will wait until wecan get them into this office. They’re that good, and they’re worth the wait. Also they have anurse named Amanda who’s worked there several years, and she does agreat jobtoo. All ofthemdo.… – show00

First time atTeays valley location. Absolutely loveit!! Not only isit closer tohome but the office isvery appealing. Clean and beautifully decorated. Easy tofind. Plenty ofparking. Iwill becoming here from nowon.

The doctors office and doctors are great and wonderful. The only prob ihave istrying toget perscriptions ready for pick upover the phone. Noone ever calls back and now imtrying toget aperscription ready topick upin 2days this actually sucks.

I love DrThompson and DrCotrill. But today Iwas not happy with the nurse staff. Ihad anappointment toget my13mo old flu shot and she was pulling her ears and the nurses refused tolook inher ears because their schedule was busy. Guess itdidn't matter wewere ascheduled appointmenttoo.
