How to Make Highway Karahi Recipe in English


Ingredients:

  • Chicken: 1/2 kg (small pieces)
  • Ginger Garlic Paste: 1 tsp
  • Oil: 1 cup
  • Onion: 1 chopped
  • Cinnamon: 1 stick
  • Green Cardamom: 6 pcs
  • Curd/Yogurt: 1/2 cup
  • Almonds: 2 tbsp
  • Coconut Milk: 1/2 cup
  • Salt: 1 tsp
  • Red Chilli Powder: 1 tsp
  • Whole Coriander: 1 tsp
  • All Spices Powder: 1/2 tsp

Method

  1. Heat oil in wok and add onions and ginger garlic paste.
  2. Now add whole spices, cinnamon, green cardamom, chicken, salt, redchilli powder and coriander seeds.
  3. Add coconut milk, curd and almonds.
  4. Mix well and cook until an oil layer becomes visible.
  5. Ad green chillies and all spices powder. Mix well.
  6. Super Highway Karahi is ready.
  7. Enjoy with your favorite naans.
