What is the 5050 Raffle?
The 5050 Raffle provides fans a chance to win big cash prizes while supporting the community impact work of the official charity of the Washington Nationals. The 5050 Raffle is conducted during all home games with tickets available for purchase inside Nationals Park and online within the District. One lucky fan with the winning ticket number will win 50% of the Raffle proceeds, while the other half of the proceeds benefit Nationals Philanthropies.
Who does the raffle benefit?
The 5050 Raffle is operated by Washington Nationals Philanthropies, the official charitable foundation of the Washington Nationals and an independent 501(c)3 nonprofit organization. The raffle benefits the foundation’s community impact initiatives and year-round activity at its signature program, the Washington Nationals Youth Baseball Academy.
When does Washington Nationals Philanthropies host the 5050 Raffle?
5050 Raffles are held during every Nationals home game.
When does the raffle open and close?
The raffle opens approximately three (3) hours before the scheduled first pitch through the middle of the 7th inning or the time at which a decision is announced that the game or its completion has been postponed to a later date or canceled.
- Early Bird Prizes are drawn on select games in the middle of the first inning.
What is an Early Bird prize?
Fans who purchase 5050 Raffle tickets before the first pitch of select Nationals home games get extra chances to win! The Early Bird Prize winning ticket is drawn during the middle of the first inning. Prizes feature exclusive Nationals memorabilia, one-of-a-kind experiences, and more.
Who may purchase tickets?
- If purchasing in-park from a seller: must be at least eighteen (18) years of age to purchase a raffle ticket. See official rules for more details.
- If purchasing online: you must be in the District of Columbia and you must be at least eighteen (18) years of age to purchase a raffle ticket.
How much do tickets cost?
Tickets are available for purchase at four price points: three tickets for $10, thirty tickets for $20, one-hundred-twenty tickets for $40, and four-hundred tickets for $100.
How can I purchase tickets?
- Tickets can be purchased in-park at the kiosks located by sections 108, 138, 240, and 312, from roving sellers, or in the Ballpark app. Tickets are sold during each Washington Nationals home game.
- Tickets can be purchased online at nats5050.com.
- We currently accept cash, all major credit cards, and debit as forms of payment for raffle tickets. We are not able to accept Nationals eCASH as payment for 5050 Raffle tickets, per DC Lottery regulations.
Can I still purchase tickets from sellers in the ballpark?
Yes! Sellers will be at kiosks located by sections 108, 138, 240, and 312 and roving throughout the aisles and concourse in 5050 Raffle branded uniforms.
Can I purchase tickets in the Ballpark App?
Yes, simply click on the 5050 icon and the app will direct you to the site to purchase raffle tickets online.

How do I find the winning ticket number?
All winning ticket information will be posted after the conclusion of each raffle atwww.nats4good.org/5050. You may also email 5050@nationals.com and a member of our team will respond to you directly or check Twitter and Instagram (@nats4good). This information is also posted at the bottom of each ticket.
How do I claim my prize if I won?
5050 Raffle winners have ninety (90) days to claim their prize. Please contact 5050@nationals.com to arrange a time and place to meet with a representative from Nationals Philanthropies in order to fill out the requisite prize claim paperwork. You must present the winning ticket and a government ID.
If you are in the park at the time of the drawing, you may claim your prize at the Guest Experience kiosk located in Center Field and a representative from our team will assist you. You must present the winning ticket and a government ID in order to claim the prize.
Can I re-sell an Early Bird Prize?
Early Bird Prizes are not eligible for resale. Please read the official rules for more information.
Why am I blocked from purchasing tickets online?
The online purchasing portal uses location services to ensure all purchasers are within the District of Columbia. Please ensure you are located within D.C. limits at the time of your purchase and that your location services are turned on.
Why can’t I purchase tickets online from Virginia or Maryland?
The 5050 Raffle operated by Nationals Philanthropies is subject to the rules and regulations set forth by D.C. Lottery, the official municipal entity responsible for charitable games in the District of Columbia. D.C. Lottery does not have jurisdiction over charitable games in the neighboring states of Virginia and Maryland.
Why haven’t I received my online tickets?
If purchasing online you will receive an e-mail with your raffle numbers shortly after purchase. There may be a delay in the e-mail delivery during times of high website traffic. Any e-mail delays do not impact your chances of entering the raffle.
